The Falcon and the Knight

 Once upon a time, in a beautiful land called Allen, there lived a little girl named Elly and a little boy named Jake.  Now these two loved to spend there summer days doing things together like,  playing in the water....

and eating ice cream.

One morning, when their Mommy came in to wake them up she said "Today is the first day of school."  You see this was the day that the little girl started Kindergarten and the little boy started Pre-School.  So they got out of bed and got dressed in the new school clothes.  Jake ate his blueberry muffins all gone, as usual.  Elly had a poptart but was so excited to go to school she couldnt eat it all.  Then, they grabbed their backpacks and they were ready for school.

They lived down the street from Elly's school so Jake helped Daddy walk her to school.

Elly goes to Story Elementary so now she is a Story Falcon!

She got to her classroom and waved to Jake and Daddy and got to work.

A little while later it was Jake's turn.  Jake goes to Norton Elementary, so now he is a Norton Knight!  But his school was farther from home so he rode a bus.

His bus driver was so nice.  Got him all buckled in and he was ready to go!

Now, Elly and Jake were very busy at school.  There was so much to do....art time, math time, science time, reading time, writing time, and we cant forget snack time.  What a day!  In fact, there was so much to do that when Elly got home from school she fell asleep.

Oh wait, what is that I here?  I think it is Jake's bus bringing him home.  Daddy and Elly was so excited for Jake to get home.

Now that everyone was home it was time to tell about their days.  Mommy and Daddy were so happy to hear how much fun they had and about new friends that were made.  So to celebrate they all went to dinner at one of Elly and Jake's favorite places to eat and play, Chick-fil-a.

Everyone enjoyed their dinner and they all lived happily ever after.
